I will tell you about her fall leaving one of the shows later. ONe year ago we went on our anniversary cruise with 35 other folks. I thought I had a great time. In fact, I did, a really good time. My cabin was towards the aft of the ship, a really long walk for me, at the time I just had one knee with a shattered knee cap. I just took a little longer to get where I was going, my wife was dancing all the time, at all the venues, daylight, night time, anytime, her and her girlfriends would dance the night away. She gambled a lot also, I would go find a place to hide, smoke a cigar or read a book, we're easy to entertain. About the white night, my wife went to see a show, I was too slow to get there, she didn't care for it too much so as she was running up the stairs, she fell, knocking the breath out of her and almost knocking her out. Thank the lord she had big boobs or it could have been more serious. Her back was hurting her a lot after the fall, she almost took it easy, she didn't dance as much and started to walk slowly as I did. This was the pre thanksgiving week that the cruise ended. On thanksgiving day, she got up, went out to sit on the couch, and promptly felt her back break. We got her to the hospital, where she was diagnosed with metastasized breast cancer, 3 tumors on her spine, 3 in her lungs and a golf ball sized tumor in her brain. We spent a week there waiting for a surgeon to stabilize her spine. We have spent the past year totally involved in her health care, one year of chemo, radiation, cyber surgery, and the list goes on. The whole point is, if she didn't fall, there probably would not have been a trip to the e.r., but because she did, thank you, I have had her company for the past year and I don't know if I would have if she hadn't fallen. I told her she can't fall anymore, she lost about 50 pounds, and the fall could be devastating.
