Having travelled for over thirty years on both business and pleasure I have to say that P and O have been the worse customer services provider I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. We booked our cruise before the ship was in service but had I read the reviews first I would not have booked with P and O. We stayed in a deluxe stateroom which was kept clean by the cabin steward. The balcony is very small as is the bathroom but otherwise ok. The buffet restaurant is "canteenish", and not particularly appealing. The entertainment was poor. The negatives of this cruise line far outweigh the positives in our opinion. Having spoke to many more seasoned cruisers it seems our opinions are well shared. P and O need to take a good hard look at themselves and how they treat the paying customers or there will be rough seas ahead for them
