My husband and I had problems from the moment we boarded the ship. The first two persons we dealt with at the Guest Services desk were okay, nothing to rave or complain about, but we continued to experience problems including: our ship/cabin cards randomly being canceled causing long delays in getting drinks and food; getting locked out of our cabin; not being able to access the safe in our cabin where we had stored our id's, money and valuables; the first two nights we could not dine with the wedding party we were with (the bride and groom being the reason we were on this cruise); almost $600 in over-charges on our onboard account (still waiting to be refunded); and alarms going off when we tried to debark and embark the ship at the ports of call causing lengthy delays in enjoying our time onshore and then getting back on the ship.
The third guest services person we dealt with was rude and abrasive and asserted that the problems we were experiencing were our own fault because we had changed cabins; however, we did not change cabins at any time... we booked cabin 7090 and stayed in cabin 7090 the entire time.
On day 3 of our 4 night cruise we were fortunate to get a different Guest Services person, Angelina, who was a breath of fresh air compared to the previous persons we encountered - but even though she was courteous and professional the same problems continued to plague us and continued to ruin our cruise.
Cabin was comfortable with a great unobstructed view.
