I have been on cruises. My last cruise was Royal Caribbean Allure of the Seas and that was amazing. Food was great people were right there for you and so much more to do and offer. I will say I will never travel with NCL ever again. They were so disorganized, different answers from different crew members, no one seemed to have a clue. They offer bowling and the waterslide which neither were running while on the cruise, but we were the first ship to sail after been shut down for a couple weeks, so why the slide wasn't up and running is bull and also advertising bowling and no longer having it was also bull. 90 percent of the crew members were rude and not helpful with information . I will say that all the bar crew at the Bali Hai bar on deck 13 were amazingly polite and always there to serve you. Geo your great. Wag wag you too. And the 2 younger gentleman, can't remember there names your the best and thank you for your services. Washy washy girls were great too!!! The assistant director should be the director, very outgoing and always had the crowds going wild. The food was bland and always ran out of everything. Guest services were by far the worst and very unhelpful and the rudest people I have ever met, made my mother cry. With the amount of money you pay to go on this so called fantastic cruise with good expectatons and then to be let's down really is not right. You should be able to go on vacation and not worry about a thing. People were so rude you were afraid to say anything, you walk by crew members and they snub there nose in the air, not a great feeling. How would you like to spend all kinds of money on a vacation and not have a good time. The shows were short and most of them lame. Talking to alot of guests on there same cruise and have the same opinions of there vacation is pretty sad. You should send out surveys to all that were on this cruise and they will tell you the samething that I have said. I feel action should be taken. It's not right. Sad that I even picked that ship.
