Our first experience with Carnival and probably our last, and not because of the vessel, crew or cuisine. More about that below.
Purchasing and pre-purchasing items/excursions on line was great. Check in and boarding was a breeze.
The Crew was professional, courteous and helpful. Never saw the Captain, heard him over the intercom twice. Never saw any senior offices other than the fantastically fun Wee Jimmy, the cruise director. His staff were great!
