i was once again thrilled to go on a roayl caribbean cruise. i was not disappointed in any of the major parts of the cruise. similar to every cruise there were a few minor things that are not worth mentioning . the food was excellent and of course the service was impeccable. i was most disappointed with my fellow passengers as i listened to them nitpick about trivial things. in the cigar bar there was a lack of service, so if we wanted a drink we had to go to hoof and claw (if it was open) and get the order for the whole room. i also did notice something different than other royal cruises. the lack of supervisors/managers roaming throughout the ship was diminished, with not obvious affect either positive or negative, just an observation. leaving out of Galveston was not one of the best ports to embark/disembark for a few reasons.on embarkation day the bars were not fully stocked because of Texas law charging tax for every drink poured, therefore limiting the selection.in summary, i would definitely cruise on liberty of the seas again.
since i am in my cabin for sleep, change and shower, the room serviced my every needs. my steward was attentive and a pleasant person. excellent.
