Sail Date: Nov 2015

First I would like to say that the ship is beautiful and immaculate. The only problem is I don't think they remembered that it holds over 4,000 people. Pool is very small, the atrium where the few games are held is very small and cannot accommodate a lot of people. You are standing on top of each other. The games they play, which really isn't a lot are about 20 minutes long and they pick like 3-6 people to play. Not a very good percentage with 4,000 people on board. Lets not forget one of the shows cost $47.50 each to go see because it was originally a Vegas show. Sail on the Royal Caribbean it was FREE. I would never sail NCL again, the hidden charges are insane.

When I left the ship on the 22nd of Nov. I was charged 3 separate charges on my debit card totaling over $125. No one has an answer until after it isn't pending any more then they say they can look into it. The food was always cold/warm NEVER hot, the dishes were hot but not the food. The uptown grill was very good and your hamburger (only food there) was hot, but expect to wait over 40 minutes for your food. They say about bowling for the kids, yup $5 per game and its not like its a bowling alley size. You can also play air hockey, but you must pay for that also. You can eat at the O'Sheenan restaurant 24/7 very limited menu but don't order the ice cream because that isn't included in your package. You have to go the level 15 for the free ice cream, but get there before 11 or they put it away. Never will I travel NCL again. I feel like the only people I became friendly with were the customer service employees because you were there everyday. including at least 20 other people complaining about something.
