We have cruised 224 days since 2012 and this was our 4th cruise on NCL. Over all a great trip, but it does seem that most of the restaurants are short on bus help. Tables can sit around you most of the time you have dinner waiting to be used. The food is good and the waiter waitress are working very hard. We had a balcony and it was a nice room,, but a little small for other cruise line balconies. The entertainment was excellent and varied during the trip. Customs at St Thomas was very slow, now NCL says they have no control over customs, BUT they do have control when it is held on the ship and the lines are 3 hours long, to start,, DO NOT come up to the Spinnaker at this time and advise when the line is shorter. A lady passed out in the heat standing on deck 13 waiting to get into the Spinnaker. There was also a delay in Miami for those wanting to go on excursions as customs would not let those people leave till the 250 people wanting to disembark were off the ship first. And yes they could not find the last couple people,
A balcony with a small couch, but better than an inside or ocean view room that has no couch. And we did enjoy having the balcony, the weather was very nice and we left the door open a lot, listening to the ocean.
