This was our third cruise aboard the Breakaway and 9th or 10th cruise overall.. Love this ship. The thermal suite is not to be missed, especially when leaving in colder weather. The use of the indoor heated pool and amenities are great to use until reaching those warmer climates. This is a truly relaxing place to spend the first and last days of every cruise. As always, the people we travel with always make our own fun and we always make new fun loving friends. Love the pool, it is the best place to meet new people, have a few drinks and party, party, party. The casino has a great atmosphere with plenty of slots and the gaming tables are comfortable with attentive waiters. Only problem is the money you lose, LOl. We ate at the specialty restaurants every night. Le Bistro, Ocean Blue and Cagney's are our favorites. Food tastes great, presentation is beautiful and the entire staff is professional and very attentive. As large as this ship is and as many people as it carries there never seems to be to big a crowd to enjoy any of the venues. Shops on board do not have enough items to purchase to bring home for children. Since we live in New York, getting to the ship and back home is very easy. We always take a limo service, we split the cost and get dropped off and picked up right at the curb. Sure beats having to park a car, which we would pay almost the same amount for. A great time was had by all.

Only negative is lack of different ports of call and length of cruise. Since there are so very few cruises out of NY and we have been to the same ports several times, we don't get off at them often. These are great days to enjoy a more relaxing day at the pool with a great choice of lounges. Would like to see more 8 to 10 day cruises offered and more island stops leaving out of New York.

Spa Mini-Suite with Balcony

Cabin M9

Mini suites are very comfortable and have nice bathrooms. Balcony is too small. Stateroom attendant was very attentive.
