Very disappointing . We have been on this very ship several times before. Things have changed. Very little entertainment and slow dining service. They seem to have reduced dining wait staff. For a transatlantic there was very little to do, limited music options. One piano player who started late every night. Poor production shows. Trying to but the BB King Blues show in the Queen's Lounge was a joke. No seats available and if you could get in the music was so loud you were better off sitting a 100ft down the corridor. A wise guy type of cruise director who was so self- promoting it was ridiculous.
The lecturer could hardly be understood from a combination of bad microphone and strong accent.
Food was good but selection greatly reduced.
Cabin small but ok.
