This is the worst of over a dozen cruises we've taken.

THE SHIP: Grand Princess is a very old ship. It is constructed so that you can't get there from here. You must take elevators to go almost everywhere due to the vertical breakdown of the ships areas. They've covered the rusted balconys with indoor/outdoor carpet so you don't notice. Getting anyware requires an elevator. At least in each area was always out of service. Waits for a ride averaged five minutes, which is unforgivable. When an elevator did arrive it was pushing and shoving to get onto one. More often than not, it was full when it stopped so you had to await another.

THE CABIN: The balcony cabin was very small. We had to turn sideways to get into the bathroom.

Ensenada

A waste of time with only four hours at dock. This Mexico stop forced us to go through US customs when returning to San Francisco, a hastle.
