Let me start by saying I have always cruised on Ncl and have always been pretty satisfied . My wife and I are Gold Latitudes Level . We usually take 2 cruises a year . When family members wanted to take a family cruise I recommended Ncl , and there is where it all went down hill . To start with the Cruise consultant that originally started the booking lied about what we will get . We had 23 cabins and he took it up to change are cabins with notifying us . Since I leave in Miami I went directly to Corporate offices and demanded to speak to a supervisor . That was also a waste of time . It seems they just cover up for each other . We has reserved a date on one of the bars for our group. They told us they would offer 1 hour drinks and appetizers . they changed the date on us with out notifying anybody , and did not give us any appetizers . Do not waste you time contacting NCl . I think they are doing so good that they don't care about their loyal customers. We have a 10 day in April booked for Italy and I will cancel it and try a different line
