I rated poor due to the toilet did not work for 5 days, drain in shower didn't drain, found 4 inch toothpick in chicken, tv didn't work and the refrig they had to swap. I was down at guest services more times than I can count And they used one excuse after another and only gave US a free drink one that is. The only reason our toilet got fixed is friends complained to the top then something was done he had no idea there was issue. When I got home I complained to corporate. I had fun anyway but this was not glorious in anyway
