Our (my wife and I) overall experience on Carnival Dream was truly beyond marvelous. We totally enjoyed the cruise from start to finish. Every process was well organized and very efficient especially considering almost 4 thousand people on board with thousands of those with special needs and assistance required. Since we've been taking vacations all over the world in the past 40 years (to include some of the most beautiful and exotic resorts), this is by far our most enjoyable and most relaxing one. The entire set up on the cruise ship was very accommodating and easily accessible. But the most impressive of all was the customer service in room cleaning and especially in the food service areas, both in the variety of food courts but particularly in the sit-down dining room (Crimson on Deck 4). The team of Mr. Wijaya, Mr. Pujawan, and Mr. Alex went beyond and above to make us feel like first class customers at every dining moment, night in and night out. Also Ms. Claire (Crimson Hostess) was very personable, pleasantly friendly, and helpful in answering our many inquiries. These employees clearly made our cruise experience the best ever and made the Carnival Dream our #1 choice for future cruise consideration.

Furthermore, the tour guides for our excursions in Montego Bay and Grand Cayman were very friendly, funny, and extremely knowledgeable about the history of the islands as well as the historic landmarks. In summary, we had the experience of our life and the cruise on Carnival Dream was worth countless times more than we paid for. It was like "Heaven on Earth," so now we are looking forward to go to heaven, lol. Job well done, Carnival Dream.

Port Reviews

Montego Bay

Great setup at the resort with the inclusive activities.

Grand Cayman (Georgetown)

Nothing really exciting about this except for the history of how this place was and still called Hell.

Grand Cayman (Georgetown)

Very exciting tour. The driver (Anthony) who also was the tour guide was amazingly knowledgeable about the history of the island and all the landmarks. He really provided some interesting history of how the island came to being.

Grand Cayman (Georgetown)

Nothing really spectacular about this set up.

Cozumel

Great setup with all the varieties of stores next to the pier. Walking distance for easy access.

New Orleans

Traffic was a little hectic but understandable.
