Well, first of all,,,a sincere thanks to all of you on cruise critic for helping me out with all my questions about cruising,,The Century, etc. It certainly put things into perspective for us.

Feb 5/09 We drove to Toronto Airport very early in the morning to catch a 6am flight. The temps in Canada for our drive was -31C. We flew Air Canada (very nice flight) and arrived in Miami at 9:30am. It was only 4 Celsius there!!! I was shocked!! Nevertheless we found the shuttle service to take us to the ship. We boarded around 1pm and went to our Sky Suite. WOW!! what a lovely suite,,,,we were very impressed, especially with the location on the 12th deck which is called the Sports Deck. One room away from elevator,,,open door onto top deck (where I could legally have a cigarette),,,just down some stairs and you were at the pool area,,,,could not have had a better locate.

From this point on,,,my mouth was hanging open,,,seriously,,,,I had no idea what to expect,,but it was totally awesome. The service,,,,the food,,,,the martini's (another first!),,,everything was just wonderful.
