To begin with are the positive.... The ship was very clean and beautiful. We had a suite which was absolutely beautiful and perfect. Nicest suite we have ever been in. Our butler and room steward were fabulous and willing to do anything to make us happy.

Now that is it with the positive!

Food was HORRIBLE!! And this was not just our opinion. Everyone in our group plus nearby table guests were in agreement. The chef should have realized this but all the plates being returned with food on them! Only hot breakfast food was in the dining room for a couple of hours each morning.
