My husband and I have previously cruised with RC and I was quite happy to get to go on a cruise on the Oasis as I had a friend who had cruised on the Allure and loved it. I have to say I was a bit disappointed.
We asked to go on the handicapped line because I have MS. I don't like to use a wheelchair, but with the wait on the handicapped line I sure could have used one...thankfully it was nicely air conditioned. We had our picture taken and walked on board up a very long gang plank...could have used that Wheel chair...
We were allowed to go to our rooms right away and that was great because you usually have to wait...
My cabin was as clean as could be...my steward was wonderful...I just couldn't ask for more...he even did really cool towel animals...they weren't necessary, but he took the time to do them.
We have been to Cozumel several times...shopping is good and walking in town on the main street is fun. The best is the state park beach with lounges and shade umbrellas you don't have to pay for (that was a few years ago so I hope it is still the same.) and the cab was inexpensive and getting into the park was inexpensive too...beach sand is clean with no rocks and steps into the ocean and the little fish are waiting for you to give them something to eat...they aren't afraid of you...bring your snorkel!
There was shopping right at the pier so you didnt have to go into town...craft market and all...and clean...food to eat...
