We have been on 16 cruises and are not newbies to cruising and we had lower expectations for this cruise because of the reviews we read, but still were not prepared for how actually bad it was. The ONLY thing it had going for it was it was in Hawaii.

Service was abysmal from the room steward to the dining room staff to the non-existent and hard to understand cruise director and her staff. Our first night on board we ate in the Liberty Dining Room and had the worst server that we have ever had in over 60 years and not just on cruises, but anywhere. She was beyond incompetent and extremely rude.

Busing in the Aloha Cafe was hit or miss at times and personnel were just walking around passing by all the dirty tables and talking to each other. The Cadillac Diner got 3 out of 3 orders incorrect.

Port Reviews

Hilo

Michael and Hunter were awesome guides. We had a great time and lots of stops along the ride to enjoy the views. A snack was provided as were water bottles, rain jackets and helmets. Safety was a priority, but so was fun.

Maui

Henry our bus driver was wonderful and such a great wealth of information. He obviously loves his land and his job. Beautiful tour.

Maui

Our Guide, Jeremy was awesome and pointed out many interesting things along our walk. We were provided a lunch and snacks and plenty of time for the hike and swimming in the waterfall pools.
