This is my 2nd time on the Breakaway-- traveled on the ship in May, 2015 to Bermuda-- great ship Great time..... this sailing was ... 1) The thermal Spa was closed for Renovations-- although we paid for it-- no one told us until we were on the ship and went to the Spa to find it was CLOSED for the week for renovations. 2) the majority of adults were drunk and disorderly-- drinking and smoking in the casinos while the junior high aged children roamed around unsupervised causing mayhem. 3) Never saw that many disorderly ,drunk adults on a cruise ship and we cruise alot. 4) the staff were overworked and overwhelmed... totally lost control of the passengers. $) the Atrium was pure CHOAS-- while loud unorganized game shows were happening onstage-- no one could conduct business at the shore excursions, customer service or future cruise desk..... one could never get a seat there either-- people sat there all day and saved seats for family. 5) One could NEVER get a seat at the pool or jacuzzi either-- one morning I went up there at 7 AM-- people were saving all the chairs with Towels for members of their group BUT no one showed up to sit in the chairs till after 10 AM-- this should not be allowed. The Day we tendered at the private island the tender was so rough we were rocking and rolling all over the place-- children were getting sick, we almost capsized and should have been made to wear our life jackets BEFORE we left for such a dangerous trip-- the Captain should have never allowed tenders to leave the ship that day-- waves were over 6-8 feet tall.... all i all it was a total disorganized mess and that sums up the whole week.
