My mother and I did a back-to-back cruise to Florida, Nassau, Cozumel, Haiti, and Falmouth. We have done this cruise before, and we enjoyed every minute of it. Embarkation in Baltimore is still not quite as professional as Bayonne, but it is getting much better. Our cabin was a junior suite and was very comfortable with good drawer and closet space. Our cabin steward, Lamberto, took good care of us. The dining room staff did an outstanding job. From the restaurant manager Natividas Montero (Monty) to the headwaiters, Glen, Tuncay, Dwaine to the waiters and assistant waiters Sophia, Igor, and Endi to bar server Lyndon to Chef's Table staff Karl and Dan--each of them worked hard to provide a marvelous experience. To each of them and anybody I might have forgotten--thank you.

One day my mom did not feel well, and we did not go to the MDR for lunch as was our custom. They called from the MDR to see if we were OK. How special is that! In Falmouth, Jamaica, we there was a man singing my dad's favorite song last year. He was still by the crafts and sang "You are my Sunshine" for us again. Then we went to Margaritaville and mentioned this to our waitress. She asked the DJ ro play it. Everyone was clapping and singing. We had quite party! Wheelchair disembarkation was the only fly in the ointment with an not very empatheetic young lady in charge. Otherwise we had a fantastic time! We caan hardly wait to go again.

Cabin Review

Junior Suite

Cabin JS

Our cabin was very well-maintained. We got new matresses during the cruise which was annoying because it interfered with nap. Everything else was done well.

Port Reviews

Baltimore

Embarkation in Baltimore with a wheelchair is getting better, but it is still a challenge.

Falmouth

Everybody was friendly and helpful. We had a splendid time.
