Princess has always been a name to trust for service. Not on this cruise. The bar staff, in all locations, seemed bored, disengaged and lacking knowledge to do their job.

The anytime dining was very poorly done. This might be because there are over 3,500 people on a ship with one and a half dedicated dining rooms. One evening it took almost 2 hrs to eat!

There is only one intimate bar setting and it was a DJ venue. At least the bar worked well. There are no walls for an intimate late evening piano bar. Everything is open to the Piazza- which is very pretty, but too exposed for some things.

Port Reviews

Grand Turk

Awful island if not doing water sports. It is 7 sq miles with very little on it. Carnival built a pier and some stores and there is a Margaretville - and that is it.

Princess Cays

Rented a "clam shell" and went in the water- lunch - very, very crowded.
