My wife and I went on the NCL Epic on the 1st November and had a balcony cabin, this cruise was really good, from the start the bags go checked in and we went onto the ship and it was fantastic, the food was really good no matter where you ate on the ship, my favourite was the Manhattan, and the Shanghai Chinese restaurant. the staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant, some went out of their way to make you feel welcome (Daniel particularly) the whole ship was looked after very well, the staff work very hard at keeping the ship clean and tidy and are always on the look out for plates that had been finished with and cleared them immediately without you feeling rushed.

the entertainment staff were great, Pedro should be very proud of his team as they are enthusiastic and hard working and try to be fully inclusive. We got to know a few of the staff and loved the daily quiz's and demos on board, a special mention has to be given to V (Vish I think), William, and Fernando, they were great.

the shows were very good, especially Burn the Floor and Pricilla queen of the desert, and the bands were great We loved the Epic Beatles and Soul Sensation,

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin BE

the cabin was very good, the cabin was kept clean all the time and Christopher went out of his way to make sure we got 2 copies of the newspaper and he did brilliant towel animals.

Port Reviews

Naples

this was a great tour, very interesting but not good for people who are no good at cobbled stones and uneven ground

Rome (Civitavecchia)

this was well organised, informative and good fun

Cannes

we got off the boat and had a walk around the shops, we also caught a little street train for 10 Euros which did an hours tour which was great, told you all about the stars

Palma de Mallorca (Majorca)

this was a brilliant tour of the city, this company collected us from the port and was great fun on the Segway (Ninebot) Vincent the tour guide was great, very informative and humorous and they also included Tapas and a drink in the price
