Agree totally with previous reviews in relation to the debacle of boarding in Singapore.It really was disgraceful that RCL did not have plans /staff in place to accommodate the huge flow of passengers. Boarding process certainly caused great negativity.
The muster was delayed until 8 pm that evening and again people stood for ages packed in like sardines for the most basic information. A lady behind me had to have first aid called and was assisted inside.
I'm not sure how many times I had to have my sea pass replaced . Worked well through the cash registers but not on the cabin door.
