I was presently surprised by how exceptional the food was on this ship. The buffets were the best on any line we have sailed, (Celebrity, Holland America and Norwegian). Variety was unbelievable. We had traditional dining, early seating, and it was wonderful. Food plentiful, great variety and expertly prepared. Deserts to die for. Wait staff wonderful. We were actually able to have a conversation and hear each other not like on our last cruise on the Celebrity Summit, where you had to read lips. The Crown Grill was exceptional and well worth the surcharge. You could order as many lobster tails as you could eat. This wasn't the same on our last Holland America cruise where they wanted you to pay extra for additional food. The Piazza entertainment was excellent. The singers and dancers were great. Sometimes difficult to get into the theather because of the number of people on the ship but after a day or two, they added a third performance to accommodate all that wanted to attend. Not nuch going on at the pool deck in the evening other than the movie on the giant screen, which surprised me. The restaurants near the Piazza were fabulous. Great pizza to order and no charge. Light breakfast and lunch super. Drinks on the ship reasonably priced. Overall a great cruise.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin BD

Cabin very nice. Balcony small but nice. Bathroom typical although shower was larger than on some ships we have been on. Great selection of recent movies at no cost. Cabin stewart was great. Bed confortable. You had to request a bathrobe.Storage for clothes adequate.

Port Reviews

St. Thomas

Megan Bay Beach great. Take a taxi, much cheaper than excursion.

Aruba

Take a taxi to Palm Beach or for an island tour (plenty waiting as you get off ship). Much cheaper.
