I couldn't agree with Bigger is not always Better more. My title sums up my opinion. We checked in (wonderful), got our Junior Suite (wonderful), met our attendant (great guy), Two bartenders on third floor (real nice), Tricia at the Central Park bar (wonderful) but that's as far as it goes.

Friday evening, in the main dining room was a fiasco. The food was sub par and I think when "Bigger is not always better" compared it to Red Lobster, she wasn't being fair TO RED LOBSTER!! A part of the team was tactless and rude and clearly was untrained (strike one for management), the service was poor at best and it seemed as if everyone was not clear of their duties to the point of when we finally decided (to quote the couple who were traveling with us) "get out of here", the waiter took our sea pass cards and disappeared for twenty minutes. (strike two for management).

Finally, on Saturday morning at 8:45 a.m. we met at the Windjammer. What a mob scene! The lines went both ways in the hallway with at least a thousand people packed in and more getting off the elevator. I grabbed a guy doing his best to ignore everyone and asked what was up. "You can eat at the third floor dining room" he said. Fine, we went to the third floor at about five after nine to be told loudly from a distance "we close at nine". We were directed to the eighth floor where a coffee and bagel shop was mobbed with guests butting in line and making a mess. THEY directed us to Johnny Rockets which wasn't even open until later (at least we were out of their hair, right?. (strike three for management)
