Sail Date: Oct 2015

This was our third cruise on Princess and, for me, there were some really good things and some not so good things. In short, this cruise experience felt "dated" and I left the Star Princess feeling unfulfilled. Based on my own observations and those given to me directly by fellow passengers, I will probably look at the competition for my next cruise.

The Good Stuff:

1. Embarkation and disembarkation - an absolute breeze at the Canada Place terminal in Vancouver.

Vancouver

Easy access by Canada Line Sky train. Independent travel.

Stayed in docking port of San Pedro and attended a local festival. Port is a bit funky.

Catalina Island (California)

Fun to walk around this California beach town port.

Self guided walking tour followed by meeting old friend.
