Sail Date: Oct 2015
Cabin: Promenade Stateroom

It was an almighty mess at Singapore with two ships loading at the same time and nobody to help us. 7000 passengers with no signs and a load speaker that could not be heard.

However, when we finally got to the correct ship, the staff were helpful as they were for the entire cruise.

We had a "Promenade view" cabin which was directly over the reception office and only two cabins from the lifts

Promenade Stateroom

Cabin PR

We had a "Promenade view" cabin which was directly over the reception office and only two cabins from the lifts

I thought that we may be disturbed by noise from the Promenade deck but this was not so except for some load music on Halloween night, only for around half an hour.

The cabin was larger than most inside cabins and had two small couched and rounded end to the bed, making it easier to get past.

However, we noticed a wet patch on the floor and after about a week of trying to get rid of it, they offered to move us to another cabin or give us a discount on our next cruise. This was eventually sorted out and we are happy to have a reduced fare next November.
