My daughter and I went on a mother/daughter cruise. I have an arthritic back and on a walker. For the most part the crew was very accomodating. I was upset because we purchased spa packages. The unisex whirlpool was not accomodating to disability, I had to be helped out by my daughter. the hot tub had no ladder or stairs so I couldn't use that one. I was left using the individual one in the ladies section which I only got to use twice. I wrote and complained to ncl to no avail. We used room service twice and they forgot part of our order both times. The prices to get laundry done are sky high, we ended up washing by hand. Interior stateroom very small and cramped for the money I paid. I have gone carnival three times before and will use them next time. A lot more for the money!! All in all very disappointed.
