The ship was delayed for delivery, and unfortunately it showed. As with other reports, there were shortages of several things. Provisioning the ship should be a fairly standard practice - and notwithstanding when the ship was delivered, the departure dates were known well in advance.
The internet was laughable. Or cry-able, depending on your level of needing it to work. We needed it to be always available, which is why we paid $300 for the week. Unfortunately it was rarely available. I did get a partial credit onboard, but in retrospect it was really not sufficient to compensate for the inconvenience.
We ate at Food Republic (twice), Le Bistro (twice), Cagney's (twice), the Haven restaurant (twice for dinner), Moderno and the Supper Club. We had lunch at Pincho's, and once at Margarittaville. Overall the food was very good. The Supper Club was so/so, and Food Republic was excellent. The new Haven dinner menus is a step up from previous.
The H6 Aft-Facing Penthouse is beautiful. 1 king bed, 1 master bath with Spa Shower, Tub, Dual Sinks; and a second guest bathroom including shower. Huge balcony (dinner table with 4 chairs, coffee table with 2 chairs, AND a recliner....all at the same time), with the ability to view around the side of the ship as well. Multiple US-style electrical outlets, though still none by the bed for CPAP machines. Also NOT by the bed in the suites: USB outlets. The balconies have them, but not the suites.
Didn't do anything here.
