Beautiful ship and lots of entertainment options, but overall staff not very welcoming. The bartenders (multiple employees at multiple locations) were miserable. You would wait for ever and God forbid you tried to flag them down after waiting at the bar for thirty minutes they gave major attitude. Not a nice feeling when on vacation. Also, there weren't any public drink stations for a child to grab a soda or water (other than at the buffets), so often children were subjected to ordering soda/water at the bar (good luck!).

Dining service was slow. I had to wait a long time between appetizers and entrées. Although the waiters were certainly hustling they didn't have the time to chat with you or get to know you. Everything was rush, rush, rush. Quality of food for dinner at complimentary restaurants was poor by cruise ship standards. All the complimentary restaurants had very similar menus.

Things were very disorganized when gathering for shore excursions and disembarking the ship which added stress.
