Got off the ship yesterday after a 7 day Western Carrib. cruise. Had to wait in line 2 1/2 hours (yes 2 1/2 hours) to board because of some malfunction. Asked for some sort of compensation in form of onboard credit but was denied. Service was good. Food was just fair. Entertainment was mostly just fair, also. De- embarkation was complete chaos - had to wait with a mob for 1 hour (yes 1 hour) to get off ship. Lobby was so packed people could not even get off the elevators. There must be a better system. I never have seen this before on any of the may cruises I have taken. In the fitness/health club the touch screens did not work on 3 of the 8 elliptical machines
