I travelled with 3 friends on Pacific Dawn on the Melbourne Cup Cruise.
This will be my last ever cruise with P&O, the service and treatment by the staff was an absolute disgrace, the majority were rude and unfriendly.
We purchased a drinks package at the start and felt that the staff went out of their way to delay serving us.
Cabin Review
Cabin ocean view cabin
The cabin was as expected, however we asked the crew to put the top bunks up each day and down again in the evening. But they done it once and had to be reminded daily, then we had to call and ask reception at 10PM to please put them down again. They then asked if we needed it done then or could it wait until morning !!
