First, let me say that the Concierge in the Suite Lounge were fabulous, as was the food. However, between finding someone else's underwear in our cabin, the failure of the embarcation staff to make sure our beverage package stickers were on our card (resulting in being charged twice for almost $500), did start things off very well.

Then the spa experience - not very relaxing. The sales pitch for the Thermal Suite with 2 house of exclusive hot tub with special minerals was promising, but actually trying to use it was an ordeal. There were only 4 heated beds, and the front stafhadno idea how many people were using them at anytime. Then the hot tub - it was pre filed with who knows what (no option to customize the salts and minerals for a particular purpose), no water or any other amenity in the room - just two towels. No instructions were given on its use. The staff just did not care. Thy tried T change our appointment twice for thir convenience. Have NEVER had this experience before.

First excursion in Nassau, the people never showed up to escort us,and would not respond to e-mail or calls from the ship staff. Unbelievable.

Nice cabin except for underwear from prior occupant left in drawer and on balcony.
