The ship just looks like a block of flats from the outside but she is beautiful inside. Our cabin 8122 was perfect. Not too near the lifts and stairways and so the corridor was very quiet. The crew were very good- always going out of their way to be helpful.

We had booked this cruise as it should have overnighted in Istanbul but unfortunately this was cancelled due to the recent bombings in the area. We were very happy with the replacement ports of Rhodes and Chania and accept that the change of itinerary was for safety reasons. We'll just have to hope that things out there improve and we can visit Istanbul another time.

The food on board was very good. We used the main dinning room and had a fixed table for second dinning. We did not feel the need to visit the speciality restaurants as we made good friends at the table and enjoyed their company. Read more
