Booking was easy and all questions answered. The room was very comfortable and cleaned throughout the trip. All stops were organized with options offered. The food, drink, and service at every meal was wonderful. The selection was wide and varied with no time restrictions. We met and had great conversations with several of the cruise goers. The walking tour at each port was provided by expert people that pointed out the history and facts at every step. They were careful to keep the pace of the information and foot traffic relaxed. We were impressed that the buses picked everyone up and brought us to the towns and points of interest. The staff on all levels were well trained, friendly, and accommodating. The tour of the wheelhouse was interesting. The camera was put to use from day one, morning til night. The Viking Kara went by beautiful sites, towns, cities, windmills, and castles. The river is soothing and relaxing, the people interesting and friendly, and Viking made the whole trip memorable. We have plans for the next cruise in 2017.
