This is the second cruise on this cruise line and was quite uplifting. We got a spa suite and it was really a delight to be on. The staff was always professional, with everyone of them greeting you with a 'hello' or 'good morning' or 'good evening'. Never had one staff member not show me recognition. The food was hit or miss. Sometimes it wasn't up to snuff, but most of the time is was very good. The Specialty restaurant, Cagney's, was extremely good.

The best part of the cruise was the freestyle cruising. You didn't have to go to 1st or 2nd seating to eat. You went at your leisure! You didn't have to cut your excursion short to make your feeding time, like a cattle call. It was always at the time you want to go. We didn't have to depend on the same waiter all the time. We met different wait staff. Our steward was very accommodating. The only bad thing was the fact that you had to keep your key in the slot by the bathroom to keep the electricity going in the room. This was so frustrating and silly. When I would leave the room, I needed to take my key, making the room completely dark for my guest to stumble around and try to find her key just to put it in the slot to get light. This was far and above the worst part of the cruise.
