The positives were my balcony stateroom, cabin steward and speciality dining rooms. The food in main dining room was good but very slow service. Wine came after meal was finished, coffee after desert done. Espresso always took 20 minutes to get. After a complaint in Aqua I was contacted by Maitre D and service was great,too bad we had to complain to get it. The bar service was very slow, most likely due to the drink package. Bars were crowded, bartenders overworked and cranky, only exceptions were Marcia and Cristina. The bathrooms frequently had overflowing garbage pails and hand dryers that did not work. The buttons on the elevators were gross, sticky and dirty I wish I had gloves. The pervasive attitude of the crew was unhappy workers. The World Series was not aired because NCL DIDNT HAVE THE PACKAGE!! Too expensive.being from NY this was a big deal for us.

These are all small complaints that combined made for unhappy cruisers. May be looking at RCCL and Princess for future Cruises.
