This was my second RCI cruise and I was looking forward to the Voyager class as compared to our cruise on Brilliance last year. This was also my second Asia cruise, the first being 18 nights on Azamara Quest.

We spent the night before the cruise in Singapore at a fabulous Boutique Hotel called the Scarlet. It was wonderful, luxurious and in a perfect location. I highly recommend it! It wouldn't be the place to select if you are looking for a view but since we live on the 35th floor at home in Penang, we weren't looking for a view.

We arrived at the pier at 11:45 am. Since we are Diamond Club members it took only about 20 minutes to get on the ship. We had a bite to eat in Windjammer before touring the ship. The food is fine but nothing to get excited about.

Great but sorely in need of a redo.

Port Reviews

Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon)

Seven hours is too long to just walk around. Thought there would be more than one option for returning to the ship.
