This was my 4th carnival cruise and the first very disappointing trip. First of all the food quality had diminished to the point of food poisoning from sour milk in the coffee bistro, the nightly meals have gone from fancy gourmet type foods to high school cafeteria level, waiters who usually remember your names and preferences barely acknowledged your presence. The shows were few and far in between with nothing really to do. Comedy show was dull.

We were literally hounded in the dining room by photographers who literally put a knife to my throat to take a picture while I was trying to put a bite of food in my mouth. Then purchasing pics. That's was another horror story. We bought almost $200 worth of pictures and got a free gift then was told that we would be able to download the pics to our free memory card for $10 then when we came within the time frame that we were specifically told to get pics downloaded we were turned away and told sorry we don't do that today. We explained that we were told we could do it from 7-9 am and it was clearly in that time frame and we were told so sorry you can't. He must have told you wrong. So now we don't get our pictures we were wanting and were told there's no way to get them at all.

We also had a room by the anchor on the end with hardly any ac. When we complained we were told the acceptable level for ac is 68-74 degrees so sorry. No longer do they care about our comfort. So in summary... Poor quality, poor service, bad food.
