First off you need a GPS for New Orleans. We stayed at Comfort Suites in Harvey great clean place to stay will be back there, when we visit New Orleans again. Booked our first Cove balcony it was great .Cabin 2353 I could have called this a Dream ship if the mattress was in better condition..We woke up every morning with severe back pain..Didn't meet our Steward till the 2nd day of sailing,he did try to help by putting another blanket under sheets but it did nothing..I have to say the shows are the best ..There were lots of rude people on this ship cutting lines, but that's not carnivals fault..If they would put better mattress in rooms I would go back on this ship..Be ready to find several dirty plates and cups, before finding a clean one. Very disappointing ..We didn't take any excursion tours due to planning on going back in April, enjoyed view from balcony..Put of several ports New Orleans is my favorite even if we had to leave late and took longer to disembark, but that's a plus getting to stay on ship longer..
