It all started with Boarding at Singapore. Complete Shamozzle. No Organisation, at all. It started when we arrived at the wharf for 'Priority Boarding' supposedly, 2.pm. We arrived at the Wharf at 1.15 and finally, after 4 1/2 hours of standing in queues and thousands of people and not 1 person to ask what was going on or where we had to go to book in . If you were lucky enough to find a person who looked as though they may have had some authority, forget it, nobody could tell us anything. The majority of the passengers were elderly and they were made to stand for hours as well. I am 72 and my husband 77 and the majority of passengers were around our age and older. We were told we were not to take 'water' or drinks upstairs, where incidentally we had to climb around 30 steps, because at the same time people were trying to book in to board the Mariner of the Seas which was there at the same time.

Eventually, after about 2 hours of standing and many people complaining profusely, someone came around with a box of bottles of water..if you were lucky enough to grab one, good luck.

We eventually got to the 'check in desk' (NO PRIORITY BOARDING) forget that. The young people working behind the desk seemed to have no idea what they were doing. They were leaving their computers and asking other people what to do, then they ran out of cards and they were running downstairs to somewhere to get more cards. What a Nightmare. Then after we eventually got checked in, we then had to go downstairs and join yet another queue to go through Immigration. Another half an hour passed. Then to add insult to injury, when we got to go through the Scanners to board the ship, lots of peoples cards did not work. No Photos, room numbers etc. etc... and then when you finally stepped on the Ship, not one person was there to greet anyone and tell them where to go, which staircase, which lift, etc. etc . I could go on and on...
