Sail Date: Oct 2015
Cabin: Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Travelled in Oct, booked due to the itinerary of places. Embarkation not too bad, about 50 mins. Cabin was nice and clean and kept that way throughout. No fridge though which was a downside, also lack of storage space for clothes and badly designed hanging space (who thought of putting hanging space directly in front of a safe?)

Tendering was not well planned, in 2 destinations we were late for our self booked trips due to lack of organisation for tendering. People allowed as many tender tickets as they wanted so even if you were fairly near front of queue, no guarantees to be on first 2 tenders.

Drinks packages very expensive, chose a basic soda package and cola was flat, did mention this on feedback form and it was dealt with, so 10/10 for reacting to feedback. Waiting on staff Raj and Rocky in Romeo Juliet dining outstanding service, very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Have booked jewel in seas next Sept, hoping for better tendering.
