From the word go I had concerns - the embarkation time was being continually changed; arrangements at Sydney were diabolical considering millions had just been spent on updating this terminal - took 3 hours to actually board ship (from 1.15 to 4.15). Fortunately I was given an upgraded cabin (from ocean view to balcony) but, wrong luggage was delivered and my luggage didn't arrive until 8pm!.
Further points:
Carpets need cleaning &/or replacement; many tiles (in bathrooms - cabins and public areas) are broken and need replacement and regrouting.
Pleasant. Surprised to find no toiletries available e.g moisturiser, cleanser, shower cap.
