This was our first cruise on the Ruby Princess although it was our 7th cruise with Princess. We were well aware that it is going to be refurbished in December so we expected that some items like carpeting and sofas would not be in excellent condition. We used to always get a mini-suite but realizing that we aren't in the cabin that much and since the sofas are not that comfortable, we are now opting for premium balconies on future cruises.

We appreciated the pleasant service of all the staff from those on the front desk, servers wherever they were located and our thoughtful cabin steward. I managed to "catch a bug" and had to use the services of the medical center. I was immediately attended to by the doctor and was quickly given necessary medications.

We always request traditional early dining, My husband had diabetes and has to eat early.

Cabin B2

Great storage and nice sized balcony--enjoy being in center of ship. Plan to stay in this exact same cabin next March.
