Hi want to start by saying the best part of my trip was Amber cove what a great excursion!!! That being said the food on this cruise was subpar disgusting really, the "off the grill " servers were rude and disinterested,the buns were rock hard yet they continued to serve them with disgusting burgers that probably sat there forever...the staff were excellent overall .the room was ok phone broken,the tiles in bathroom moldy!!! My biggest complaint is that no one including the parents were smart enough to NOT let minors in casino !!! All week that's all I saw I was appalled adults are drinking ,smoking,gambling it's an area for adults but clearly no one cared to not ask the children or their patents to leave!!! That is not acceptable or professional. I go on a cruise to relax as an adult and the one place I do not want to be bothered with children is the casino yet that's what I had to endure not happy at all!!!! I'm booking my next cruise with a different line... That too makes me sad I don't think I could be more disappointed in carnival..
