Sail Date: Sep 2015

We booked on the Triumph Sept 26, 2015 6 women and have been on this ship before the fire. This time the trip was less than desirable, there were no shows at night, everything was centered around buying items off the ship. We had to go buy playing cards to entertain our selves which is ridiculous, I wanted more entertainment. There was no midnight mexican buffet, the food in the evening is picked up and put away early, no sweets at night. The only thing available at night to eat is pizza and the line is so long there is no point of standing in it. This ship shuts down after 7pm and the guest are not ready to go to bed. I was bored and very disappointed in the lack of shows and lack of food in the evening. We were going into port one day and the room guys that replenish your towels and clean your room failed to replace our beach towels that we turned in 2 days before and when I asked about getting more they said we needed to turn in the ones we had. I told them we turned in 2 days ago and he wasn't paying attention and said they never got them, so we never got any towels when we got off the ship at port. My experience was not good on this ship, very disappointed. The only thing that was excellent as the food at dinner time. I feel I should be reimbursed, my vacation was memorable but not for a good reason.
