Before we left for this cruise I read all the reviews and the majority were very negative! So it was with a little apprehension but with a positive attitude that we departed on the cruise.

We booked Aft cabin 9200 and although the stateroom itself was small but adequate. The only gripe is the adjoining door to the cabin next door where you could hear the conversations next door. The deck is large and was lovely to sit out on when leaving the various ports.

We would strongly suggest purchasing the Ultimate Dining package which allowed us to dine at every speciality restaurant onboard. They were all outstanding with high quality food and excellent service. My particular favourite was Cagney's Steakhouse, the steak was one of the best I've ever eaten. We dined at the Liberty Restaurant the first night and the food was average at best. We ate breakfast at the Skyline Restaurant each morning and service was mostly excellent and the food great. The Aloha Buffet was good for a quick lunch if we were onboard or for an afternoon snack. Bear In mind it's buffet food, so not 5 star dining but filling fare never the less.
