First of all, we believe that even an imperfect cruise is a great vacation. Having said that, we were disappointed in several things on the Indy.

Before that, let me say that the best thing about this cruise was the staff. At all levels and and all times every member of the crew with whom we had contact was wonderful. They all clearly wanted to make sure our experience on the Indy was a positive one. Special kudos go to Jerry and Raluca in the 3rd floor dining room and Janet in the Bolero Bar.

The biggest disappointment was the food. This was our 19th cruise and our 6th on RCI. To us, it seemed that the MDR menus contained fewer choices and that the preparation was worse than we had experienced on previous RCI cruises. The same was true with the Windjammer.
