Best part was Sam and Rig in the breakfast dining room. Our room attendant Clement was fabulous. We ate all our meals (except breakfast) in Windjammer everyday. The staff was wonderful. However the food was very disappointing. Variety was slim. The food wasn't always prepared to perfection.
The shows were exceptional.
The day we disembarked we were put in a room and forgotten about. It felt totally disconnected from the cruise. We were to get off at 8:15am. We got off approx 9:15 which wasn't a big deal. What made it a big deal was not once did a staff member com in and give us an update. Many elderly were standing because there was no seating for them. Four times a staff person came through caring 4 straight chairs. The first time he came through we thought great he is going to give people seats. All four times he took the chairs to the stage. Not sure what he did with them up there as we couldn't see where exactly he put them.
