The accomodations were good however there are way too many people on the ship for the better activities that were done in the atrium or other common areas. The regular dining was so so . The staff seems very unorganized and the wait was long between courses. The specialty dining was good although we did not care for the moderno restaurant. We found the staff was not overly friendly. We took the thermal spa package that was limited to 120 people which turned out to be untrue unless 60 people decided to use the spa at once. it was noisy and hard to get lounge chairs. When we arrived at Bermuda we were then able to use it for the days at port. If you are a casino player you will find the slots very tight.. For the value we like Norwegian but will be going back to the smaller ships.

Our cabin steward Garry was phenomenal, the best service the entire cruise. He should be employee of the year!!!! he made our grandsons feel like family.
